Demo first, then payment, then clinic setup
We keep the sequence human before money: you speak to us, then—if it's a fit—we email Wise payment instructions with a unique KA- reference. After you pay, open clinic setup and verify that reference so we can collect FAQs, after-hours rules, and go-live timing.
- Book a 30-minute demo (Calendly).
- We follow up with pilot terms and Wise payment instructions (payment link or bank transfer) when it's a match. You must include the KA- reference on the transfer.
- After payment clears on Wise (usually minutes), open /onboarding from your email link or paste your
KA-…reference to verify and start the clinic questionnaire. - You complete the questionnaire, book your kickoff on Calendly, and we configure your agent.
Why payment is verified on the setup page: it ties clinical and operations data to a real Wise inbound payment (your KA- reference) and keeps bots off the form.
